Processing time depends on what you're ordering at that moment. The "Ready to Ship" phone cases take 1-2 business days to ship out. If you're ordering a "Pre Order" phone selection, that estimated time will be take 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends/holidays). Any order desired before the processing time is subject to a "Rush Order Fee." All "Made to Order" has an estimated time 14-21 business days.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, postal delays, or items broken due to postal error. Once an order is ready to fly, you'll receive a tracking number faster than a lightning bolt, straight from USPS! Allow only 24-48 hours for tracking to update - conversely, if your items arrive broken due to postal service error, you must keep all the packaging and be able to snap a photo for proof to be eligible for reimbursement. Postal service USPS will be responsible for any of your monetary reimbursement, so don't worry - it's in the hands of the experts!
