Due to the custom nature of our products-lovingly crafted with care- cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not available at this time. We kindly ask that you double check your phone type before ordering to ensure a perfect fit for your snazzy new accessories. Any order can be cancelled within 

 

Processing time depends on what you're ordering at that moment. The "Ready to Ship" phone cases take 1-2 business days to ship out. If you're ordering a "Pre Order" phone selection, that estimated time will be take 2-3 weeks (excluding weekends/holidays). Any order desired before the processing time is subject to a "Rush Order Fee." All "Personalized Custom Orders" has an estimated time 3-6 weeks. This is because there's a process when ordering your custom images, nameplates, and other unique designs. 

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, postal delays, or items broken due to postal error. Once an order is ready to fly, you'll receive a tracking number faster than a lightning bolt, straight from USPS! Allow only 24-48 hours for tracking to update - conversely, if your items arrive broken due to postal service error, you must keep all the packaging and be able to snap a photo for proof to be eligible for reimbursement. Postal service USPS will be responsible for any of your monetary reimbursement, so don't worry - it's in the hands of the experts!
