Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please ensure we make "NO' changes to any address provided. If you need to send it to a separate address please fill out that information before payment. The address must be correct including street and apartment numbers.

Mar's Custom Cases is not responsible for lost or damaged in transit/in route packages. If you come across any damaged, lost, or stolen products please put in a claim with USPS (this may take up to 30 days).

Returns

Any packages that are returned to the warehouse are subjected to a redelivery fee. We will NOT issue ANY REFUNDS for packages returned. If the cost of redelivery is not paid a gift card will be issued in the amount of the order.
